Booking Procedure

·    Read through The Barambah Experience

·    Complete the Application for Excursion booking form.

·    All fields must be filled in for the booking to be processed by Centre staff.

·    ***Please complete a separate booking form for each class that requires an excursion.

·    Post or fax Booking form to Barambah Environmental Education Centre.

·    Centre Staff will contact you to confirm your excursion booking and your allocated excursion dates.

*All offsite programs incur a $55.00 travel and resource fee. 

Due to expenses associated with equipment replacement, maintenance, inspection fees and consumption of consumable resources, the following activities incur a student or group participation fee. 

·     G.P.S orienteering experiences - $25.00/group

·     Low ropes course                     -  $1.10/student

·     Use It or Lose It Programs        -  $5.50/student

·     Dreamtime Personalities           -  $3.30/student

·     Energy programs                     -   $22.00/group

Please Note:  These charges include GST.    The GST component cannot be passed on to individual students.  Invoices will be sent to schools after the visit.
